Sometimes a shape, color or pattern can give me an idea to make a design. My children are many times my inspiration for a design.
I am working part time at the Delft University of Technology, part time I'm a freelancer, mother of 3 children and married to Jaap-Klaas Hoekstein.

If you like an illustration but it's not on a certain textile, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will upload the desired design on the textile of your choice. F.i. if you like the 'circle clouds' but would like it on a placemat, I will do this for you, just contact me via info@hoekstein.nl.
